"User/You" - Any individual, institution, student, faculty member, or entity accessing or using the Services.

"Institution" - Any educational entity (school, college, coaching center, or university) that registers and enables its members to use the Services.

"Content" - Any material including notes, past papers, images, questions, answers, PDFs, discussions, or AI-generated responses shared, uploaded, or distributed within the platform.

"Subscription Plan" - Free or paid tiers providing different levels of access, ranging from basic features to advanced AI-driven tools.

"Peer Circle" - Group study forums organized by subject, grade, or institution where students interact, collaborate, and share knowledge.

Age Requirements: Users must be at least 12 years old and obtain parental consent or institutional approval before creating an account.

Institutional Authority: Institutions registering on behalf of their students represent that they have legal authority to grant such access.

Prohibited Jurisdictions: The Services may not be used in countries or regions where such usage would be unlawful under local law.

By registering, you confirm that you meet minimum age requirements, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and your use will not violate any applicable law.

Account Creation: To access most features, you must register for an account with required information including name, email address, institution, and grade/subject preferences.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate information. Accounts with misleading details may be suspended.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

Multiple Accounts: Users may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes such as exploiting free trial offers.

Institutional Accounts: Institutions may administer bulk accounts for their students and assume joint responsibility for ensuring compliance.

Educational Purpose Only: Services are intended exclusively for academic learning, collaboration, and support.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use Services in a respectful and lawful manner.

Prohibited Activities include: Uploading plagiarized, copyrighted, or illegal materials; Using AI chatbot answers for academic misconduct; Attempting to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform; Harassing, bullying, or discriminating against peers.

Community Standards: Respectful engagement is mandatory. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

AI Assistance: Our AI chatbot provides 24/7 academic support including contextual answers, revision aid, and real-time clarifications.

Peer Collaboration: Responses are enriched by user-generated contributions. Users must independently verify accuracy.

Limitations: AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and should not replace teachers or official study materials.

Content Ownership: Peer contributions may be used to improve AI functionality. Users grant StudyCircleAI a license to process and display this content.

Free Access: Basic version of Services may be available without charge.

Premium Plans: Paid subscriptions unlock advanced features including enhanced AI analysis and unlimited uploads.

Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through account settings before renewal date.

Refund Policy: For refund details, please refer to our separate Refund Policy.

Pricing Adjustments: StudyCircleAI reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Company Rights: All software, branding, AI models, and platform designs belong to ZestNexus Technologies Pvt Limited.

User Rights: Users retain ownership of their original content but grant us a license to host, display, and process it.

Restrictions: Users may not copy platform code, create derivative works, or use StudyCircleAI branding without written permission.

We employ automated and human moderation to filter harmful or low-quality materials.

We may remove, block, or flag content deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, or harmful.

Repeat violators may face permanent bans from the platform.

Data Handling: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Security Measures: We employ industry-standard safeguards, though no digital platform can guarantee 100% security.

Data Rights: Users and institutions may request deletion, correction, or anonymization of stored data.

Service Basis: All Services are provided 'as is' without warranties.

Academic Outcomes: StudyCircleAI is a support tool and does not guarantee improved grades, admission, or exam results.

Liability Cap: Our liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by the user in the last 12 months.

No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect losses such as academic penalties or data loss.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Institutions may request suspension of student accounts for misconduct.

Upon termination, access ceases immediately, but payment obligations survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh courts.
